Lea Tarabay is an accomplished international lawyer with many years of experience providing strategic legal counsel and drafting complex agreements in commercial, business, and international law. Her expertise is in contract law, spanning Master Service Agreements, Framework Agreements, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Employment Contracts, Licensing and Intellectual Property Agreements, Supplier and Vendor Contracts, NDAs, MOUs, Leasing Agreements, and a wide range of contracts for the trade of goods and services—including technology, app development, construction, and the sale of software and hardware. She also brings experience with Incoterms, international trade, and ensures compliance with regulations covering data protection, KYC, AML, anti-bribery, export/import controls, antitrust, and intellectual property. She also holds dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and International Studies, with a specialization in International Business and Economics from Illinois College, graduating with honors and receiving the James A. Meeks Memorial Scholarship.

Abdelrahim Hussein is a UAE-based Sudanese lawyer with a Bachelor of Law from Middlesex University. With hands-on experience in litigation, corporate law, contracts, and insurance, Abdelrahim has developed expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal notices, managing court submissions, and conducting legal research. He is also skilled in legal translation and interpretation between Arabic and English.

Abdelrahim has worked with leading law firms in Abu Dhabi, gaining practical experience in the UAE judicial system, including case registration, appeals, cassations, client consultations, and legal documentation. His professional background includes internships in corporate, banking and finance, contract law, and insurance, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of UAE legal practice.

Fluent in Arabic and English, Abdelrahim combines strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure. His specialties include UAE legal procedures, contract law, legal drafting, legal research, and document translation.
